37th Annual WPXI Holiday Parade
Thousands of spectators lined the streets of Pittsburgh for the 37th annual WPXI Holiday Parade. The parade aired live on WPXI and was also streamed live on WPXI.com. VPS38 provided coverage for WPXI with 8 cameras including a jib.
Channel 11’s David Johnson and Peggy Finnegan covered the parade from the booth by the stage while Lisa Sylvester and Alby Oxenreirter reported from the parade route.
Viewpoint provided technical and production management coordinating between WPXI, Pro Lit Lighting and Graham Audio. Pro Lit Lighting lit the stage and Heinz Hall Courtyard, and Graham Audio provided a PA system for the viewing audience to hear the parade broadcast.
